E-QUAL
The E-QUAL Website allows registered voters to sign nomination petitions online for their preferred Democratic candidate running for office. You will be asked to provide either your driver’s license number or voter ID number as proof that you are registered to vote in Arizona. You may sign only one petition per candidate race (for example, one per open seat). However, there are currently two open seats for Corporation Commission, so you may sign one petition for each open seat. The system keeps track of the petitions you have signed.
E-QUAL also provides an option to contribute $5 to participating Clean Elections candidates. To qualify for Clean Elections funding, candidates must collect at least 1,500 verified $5 contributions from registered voters.

This is recommended by the Secretary of State of AZ. “This service is intended for voters who are not on the Active Early Voting List (AEVL) to make a one-time request for an early ballot by mail. If you are on AEVL and need to make a one-time request, please contact your county recorder. “
